Egypt!!
I’ve finally found a use for this tumblr account (other than making sure no one else can have it!), I’m going to use it instead of e-mail or blog updates to allow friends and family to follow my upcoming trip to Egypt!
I think it beats e-mail because…
a) If I forget anyone in my list I can just point them to this later.
b) I don’t have to log on to my e-mail or blog on untrusted computers and risk exposing tons of personal information and the e-mails of all my friends and family!
c) It will (hopefully) be faster to use than my blog… lighter weight, less things to load, not hosted on godaddy (don’t host your websites there)
Hopefully I will be able to get to a computer most evenings to write a quick note about the day!
